About the Shark 600
The Shark 600 is the 600 kg variant of the Shark by Shark Aero (shark.aero), certified with a maximum takeoff weight of 600 kg. The Shark 600 features retractable landing gear and full carbon construction in a tandem seating arrangement.
It comes standard with the Rotax 912 ULS (100 hp). The turbo variant Shark 600 T (EP 914Ti, 126 hp with Garrett turbocharger) achieves up to 350 km/h at FL100 with only 15 litres fuel consumption per hour – with a maximum range of nearly 3,900 km.
The Shark 600 offers 250 kg useful load – enough for two adults and full luggage. Takeoff ground roll is only 190 metres. The F-16-style canopy provides excellent visibility in all directions.
